Nitesh Sharan is the Chief Financial Officer at SoundHound AI, a conversational voice AI company, where he leads all general and administrative functions – including strategic financial planning, accounting, legal, human resources, intellectual property, and mergers & acquisitions – and he acts as the catalyst to accelerate the company’s global growth and expansion plans. Sharan joined SoundHound AI in 2021 as the company's first CFO and led the organization to becoming a public company. He brings a wealth of experience managing teams and developing relationships with partners and investors. Previously, he held several executive roles at Nike, including Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations, and CFO of Global Operations, and as a financial leader at Hewlett-Packard and Accenture. Sharan earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a CFA charter holder.
